At Netcampus, we define Instructional Design as follows:
“A focused, intricate, design of instruction set to maintain efficient and effective human performance, guided by a dynamic model and representation of that performance, carried out systematically, based on open systems theory, dynamic and interactive software, in an effort to produce the most cost-effective solutions to human performance problems and discovering great learning breakthroughs in productivity improvement through human innovation.”
We have more than 17 years’ experience in designing and delivering various learning programmes. Our extensive client base includes blue chip clients in both the Private and Public sectors and spans across multiple industries – each with their own unique requirements. We have developed content for customers across different industry verticals.
Our learning material design and development methodology is based on the ADDIE model and focusses on ELearning / Blended learning.
Our team of Content developers and Instructional Designers ensure that material development and delivery is aligned to Adult Learning Principles.
Our development principles also adhere to SAQA quality standards, as maintained through our QMS and when requested the development of material is aligned to Unit Standards. We develop and distribute e-Learning and Instructor-led courses that are aligned to customer specific needs, aimed at individual target audiences and that support the creation of a learning culture within an organisation.
