The Netcampus Assessment Tool has the ability to assess SUBJECTIVELY or OBJECTIVELY.
SUBJECTIVE assessments are the most common form of assessments, where employees will be able to assess themselves on a rating scale, per assessment skill their are assessed on. Managers will have access to results, and return assessed areas that they think have been inaccurately answered by employees, thus mitigating incorrect results.
OBJECTIVE assessments are the most powerful form of assessments, in that they physically test individuals in an exam-styled environment, where they are required to answer questions in a multiple choice fashion. These results are combined into overall objectives, which show the strengths and weaknesses of particular skill areas for each employee.
