Netcampus provides an Organisational Study Support option, that upgrades all support levels of for your employees, studying with Netcampus, to an acceptable level of service you want.

Simply put, an organisational support package for your organisation allows you to:

  • Purchase a Silver or Gold subscription package for all your employees in your organisation.
  • Based on the number of students with Netcampus, your subscription cost changes: more students, more discount.
  • Save up to 25% by purchasing organisational support packages.
  • Telephonic support calls are shared among all employees, in a month.
  • During a checkout process, if one of your employees purchases a course, their support level will default to your organisation's support level.
  • Monthly charges are based on the number of registered students with Netcampus.
  • Support contracts are taken in 12 or 24 month flavours.

By using organisational support packages, you will see the following immediate benefits:

  • Save money by having volume - instead of purchasing individual support packages per user, you can now purchase a globular package which will be more cost effective.
  • Support and call tracking is built into the organisation’s secure administration tool, allowing administrators to view support calls/requests placed by your staff.
  • A monthly report is sent to the organisation's administrator via email, detailing support calls used, what's left over, who used what, etc.
  • Summary reports sent, per call query, to the administrator for review (and any additional notes placed by call operator).
  • Warnings are sent when a single user begins to monopolise support calls (configured by organisation admin).
  • Support queries can be used for on the job support.
  • If an employee does not use their quota, another employee can.
  • Support "credits" remain within the organization, should an employee leave your employ.
  • Monthly Top-up ability, should your run short of support credits.
