There's nothing more frustrating than hitting a glitch when you're studying on your own... and suddenly you're faced with a problem or something you don't understand. This page will guide you through the various support services available to all Netcampus students. On this page:

Here are just some of the support mechanisms you will have access to as a student at Netcampus:
- Access to mentors through real-time live chat, forums, email, and a telephonic call centre.
- Round the clock access to general and specific forums where you can access mentors and peers through message boards and forum posts.
- Use of virtual labs and simulated computer environments all hours of the day or night.
- Access to study resources which include your Study Kit, training videos, and interactive communication with your mentor.
- Real-time registration and course purchases which take place entirely online, so you never need to leave your PC to become a Netcampus student.
- A collaborative learning study methodology with built in access to peers and other students studying the same or similar courses.
- One FULL year's access to any course you register for. Even if you finish your course way before, we will still give you on the job support!
- You can purchase Bronze, Silver or Gold support packages which offer increasing levels of support.

When you study with Netcampus, you will be given a 1 year access period to all study support. So whether you are doing a short course, or a big certification, we will give you 1 year's access.
If you finish your course before the year's access period, no worries - you will still have access to your mentor for the remainder of your subscription period.
This allows you to review studies, revisit sections of your studies, get support through your mentor, etc.

When registering for a course with Netcampus, you will be allocated a certified trainer (we call them Mentors) who will look after you during your studies.
The Mentor allocated to you will be specialised in your area of study. So, if you have any questions while you are studying, you can ask questions directly to your Mentor, through a variety of methods, such as live chat, email, telephone, etc.
