The globalised economy is moving faster and changing more rapidly than ever before and successful organisations are navigating this competitive economic landscape by becoming more learning orientated. Continuous learning has become a fundamental component of successful corporate strategies around the world and is the cornerstone of the adaptable workforce, where change is readily embraced.

An openness to move with this constant shifting of reality has become a competitive advantage for successful organisations in this new age of business. Importantly, organisations that embrace this new world of “learning for life where work and learning come together”, attract and retain the world’s top talent.

Netcampus has therefore designed and developed one of the most innovative learning platforms in the market to help organisations build a learning orientated workforce that is adaptable and responsive to the demands of the globalised economy. Our goal has been to use the most advanced technology to build effective and efficient learning solutions and services that will meet the demands of today’s organisations.

Learning Ecosystem

Netcampus has developed a Learning Ecosystem which provides a comprehensive learning solution for all organisations.
Our blended learning framework consists of collaborative, e-Learning, m-Learning, Instructor-Led-Training (ILT) and Live-Learning (l-learning) methodologies which have been moulded into a learning ecosystem that can be easily assimilated into an organisation’s learning and development strategies. Theses methodologies can be utilised in isolation of in varying combinations.

The Netcampus Client Learning Platform (CLP) and Enterprise Learning Platform (ELP) are integrated solutions for organisations that offer a wide range of features and content and are efficient investment alternatives to traditional business training. Our platforms are flexible and adaptable solutions that are suitable for most learning initiatives.

Ensuring that an investment in learning produces its intended benefits, is made easier with Netcampus' learning platforms.
The wide variety of courseware will ensure that specific needs are targeted, while Netcampus' mentoring services will increase the ability of a candidate to successfully bridge the gap between theory and practice. Using Netcampus' learning platforms considerably reduces the cost of traditional learning interventions by constraining the overall cost per capita. And, by monitoring the progress of a learning experience through customisable reporting, organisations will be able to control the effective allocation of learning spend ensuring a return on the learning investment.

Netcampus' managed services assist organisations to maximise the efficacy of learning initiatives by monitoring the progress of learning, monitoring and mentoring individuals, configuring courseware and resources and supporting the learning process, so that the energy of the organisation can be focused on learning rather than managing the process. Our innovative platforms enable organisations to extend the effectiveness of their learning initiatives by providing the capabilities for organisations to deploy their own customised and tailored learning content across the organisation.

Client Learning Platform (CLP)

The Client Learning Platform (CLP) is a solution for organisations that want an investment alternative to internal learning management. A CLP offering provides an effective set of features for running and effective learning solution for medium to large organisations.

A co-branded homepage provides access to the Netcampus Learning Management System (LMS), standard platform content and limited access to standard services. The CLP is wholly hosted and managed by Netcampus.

Enterprise Learning Platform (ELP)

The Enterprise Learning Platform (ELP) is a solution for organisations that want a dedicated solution that supports and manages organisational learning. A completely branded solution provides access to the Netcampus Learning Management System (LMS) and standard platform content and services. The ELP is hosted within the Netcampus Cloud, but can also be hosted by an organisation. It is, however, managed by Netcampus.

Netcampus' ELP is a highly innovative and customisable software platform that has been specifically developed to enable organisations to rapidly deliver and manage their own branded learning content either within the organisation or externally. The advantage of the ELP platform is that the offering has been designed to promote the most cost effective delivery of these benefits.
