Technical Support
Agent
Advantageous:
French, German or Spanish speaking

Knowledge:
Either one is essential: Unix,
Linux, Sun Solaris, Windows Server
Good IT skills / knowledge including
understanding of how a PC and computer hardware functions
Knowledge of operating
systems
Experience working in a pressurized
environment which is target driven
