When you choose to sign up with Netcampus and take a Distance Learning course, you will receive a Study Kit delivered to your door, which includes everything you need to begin your studies immediately. This study kit includes:

• Your physical study material
  These are the books you will study from. These books will be official study material provided by the respective vendor. For example, if you are studying a Microsoft course, then Microsoft Official Curriculum will be included.
  
  
• Details to access the CLS Study Portal
  Special activation instructions will be sent to you in your kit, to activate your access to the CLS Study Portal. Upon activation, you will specify your study hours etc. to "train" the CLS Study Portal to your requirements.
  
  
• A Welcome Orientation Portfolio
  This will guide you on "what's next" to get yourself started with your Study Kit.
  
  
• Study Support Guide
  This guide will give you important details on how to access your study support.

When you sign up with Netcampus, a mentor that specialises in your course is allocated to you and looks after you. You can access your mentor (instructor) in several ways. Here are your communication and interaction options...

• Online chat
  Mentors are available throughout the day to chat to you or answer your course-related enquiries. You can access your assigned mentor via live chat by clicking on the "Chat Live Now" button on the right of this page, or wherever you see the chat button.
