How does it work?
Your actual course material is available in hard copy, textbook format, from the vendors themselves and you have the option of receiving your study material in electronic format too.
You will get actual vendor-issued study material and help from peers and tutors while you study. If you are doing an MCSE or .NET programming, your textbooks and study material will come from Microsoft.
Your lessons and study take place in virtual computer labs where you can work through your study material. The virtual labs run the software or course you are studying, so you get hands-on experience working with the programming language or software you are learning.
Our peer forums enable you to find a study-buddy or to get help from, or help others, who are studying the same courses as you are. You are able to create a support network made up of both tutors and other students.
We offer live chat assistance from tutors and mentors, who will guide you through lessons and areas where you may need assistance. There are various support options available ranging from office hours support (which is standard), to purchased bundles of around-the-clock support if you need it.

This is how you buy or upgrade you support:
- During the purchasing procedure, you will be prompted to add courses into your shopping cart.
- During checkout process, choose your preferred support package.
- A support package will apply to all courses in your shopping cart. For example, if you purchase three courses with a silver support package, your support package will allow 12 support calls in total (not 12 per course purchased).
- You have the option of purchasing more support calls.
- Your package is activated when you activate your study portal subscription so that your course and support run concurrently.
- If you buy an additional course later on, there are options for either extending your package to run until the end of the additional course, or reverting to the default Bronze level for that course, after your purchased support runs out.
