| Netcampus, in conjunction with Microsoft, has created a brand new, industry recognised and accepted contact centre qualification – called the C³P (Certified Contact Centre Professional). |
 |
This qualification is based on both national and international standards, specifically NQF Level 2 nationally, and Microsoft certification internationally.
According to the 2006/7 Deloitte report on the Western Cape Contact Center industry, there are approximately 60 000 employees with an annual growth rate of 54%.
This means there is a huge demand for qualified personnel. It is further estimated that the national employment figures currently exceed 200 000 operators.
Simply put, getting into the Call Center Industry will allow you to secure yourself a job in this exciting and growing industry.
Netcampus is an international online campus, with its head office based in beautiful, vibrant Cape Town, South Africa.
The Netcampus website is powered by Netscope Training, a leading Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in Learning Solutions (CPLS), ISETT Accredited Training Provider, a Certified Business Professional Authorised Training Partner (CBP ATP) and a CompTIA Gold Education Partner.
Established in 1997, Netscope Training has been empowering students to enter the IT industry with world-class certifications for the last ten years.

| Time to get into the nitty gritty of the Certified Contact Centre Professional certification. This page will outline application procedures, how you will be trained, and also the costs associated if you are succesfully enrolled into the C³P program. |
 |
Firstly, to become C³P certified, you must apply.
Thereafter, you will need to participate in a telephonic interview. Once this screen process is complete, you will be told whether you have been successful or not (more details on this later). That's when your training begins...
The C³P qualification takes approximately 4 weeks, or 60 training hours to complete.
You will be trained in a blended learning environment, more specifically, you will be trained using a combination of Netcampus’s CLS training methodology (see: this link for more information) and ILT (Instructor Led Training) sessions.
The instructor-led days will be facilitated at at Netcampus' training rooms, and these days will provide:
- An induction to CLS and the Contact Center qualification
- An overview and feedback on Contact Center curriculum
- A MCAS overview and feedback
- Post training and pre-exam preparations
A complete curriculum breakdown can be viewed under the "Curriculum Outline" section of this page.
Nothing these days is free. However, the good news is that this program is heavily subsidised by both Microsoft and Netcampus, reducing the course fees considerably. In addition, we have created some easy payment plans for qualified candidates, so it won't break the piggybank.
Costs, all inclusive, are as follows
- An up-front registration fee of R500, should your application be successfull. This only needs to be paid when you start your training.
- R1000 payable at the end of your first month of employment. You only need to pay this once we find you a job in a call-centre.
 |
What you will get... |
 |
|
|
So, for only R1500 (see costs and how you pay this above), you will get the following:

|
 |
All courseware will be supplied
All courseware that you will need will be supplied in electronic format and in book format (where applicable) - so you don't need to spend any extra for your books!
|
 |
Access to the Netcampus Study Portal
You will be given exclusive access to our unique Study Portal, as well as access to instructor-led sessions.
|
 |
Access to free International exam preparation tests
Special tests will be made available to you in order to prepare for your final International examinations - all free, giving you the confidence to pass.
|
 |

| The curriculum covered in the Certified Contact Center Professional program is based on a combination of both national (South African) qualifications, as well as Internationally recognised certifications. |
 |
Here is a handy roadmap of what you will be doing (start at the top, and work downwards):
The 4 phases you will work through, as shown in the picture above, are here in more detail:
CORE LEVELThis consists of an entry level digital literacy/computer fundamentals learning component. So if you are new to IT or computers, this will give you a great foundation for the courses to follow.
FOUNDATION LEVELThis consists of a Call Center Industry (CCI) best practice curriculum, in conjunction with a NQF Level 2-5 National Certificate.
SPECIALISATION LEVELDepending on the Contact Centre requirements, you will specialise in either a non-technical or technical specialisation. This will be based on Microsoft courses.
CERTIFICATIONThis is where you get Internationally certified by completing the required amount of International exams at our testing centre. Depending on the Specialisation Level, you will need to write 1x exam for non-technical, or 2x exams for technical specialisations.
