In order to attend the C3P courses, as well as to get a guaranteed job placement at a South African contact centre, there are a few criteria in order to successfully apply and attend the program:

Entry Requirements

You must adhere to the following criteria, otherwise your application will not be processed:

1. Matric certificate
   You must have a matric certificate (exemption not required) OR 2 years work experience (depending on employer).
   
   
2. Registration fee (R500)
   A registration fee of R500 is required upon successful application (in other words, you don't pay to apply, only once your application is approved), before you can attend class.
   
   
3. Good command of the English language
   You must be able to speak and write the English language in an effective and correct manner.
   
   
4. Clear criminal record
   You must have a clear criminal record.
   
   
5. Aged 18-35
   Only individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 may apply.
   
   
6. Clear credit history
   You must have a clear credit history to apply.

Application is easy. Simply follow the steps below to ensure a successful application and placement into a Contact Centre:

1. Meet the entry requirements
   You must meet the entry requirements stipulated under "Entry Requirements". Click here to review these again.
   
   
2. Submit an online application
   You must submit your application online. ONLY ONLINE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You must also have a valid cellphone number in order to apply (we will verify this number).
   
   
3. Undergo a Telephonic Interview
   If your online application was successful, you will then need to participate in a telephonic interview by one of our consultants. This will take approximately 10 minutes of your time.
   
   
4. Pay registration fee
   If your telephonic interview was successful, you will then be accepted into the program! If this is the case, you will then need to pay your registration fee of R500 before we will allow you to attend class and give you your study material. This registration fee also covers the exam you are required to complete.
   
   
5. Complete training
   Once your registration fee has been received, you will be required to complete your training. This will be a mix of instructor led sessions and through our Study Portal (distance learning method). For training details, you can review this page.
   
   
6. Complete required exams
   Once your training is complete, you must successfully pass your International exam. Once complete, we will get you your job!
